Self-Exclusion and Time-Bounded Exclusion
A player may self-exclude from all Blubet gambling services by notifying Blubet Support. The period of self-exclusion must be between 6 months and 5 years. Self-exclusion becomes permanent for the selected duration and cannot be undone prior to expiry. During the exclusion, no new Blubetaccount may be created and any attempt to circumvent the exclusion may result in permanent suspension or closure of the original account. After the expiry of a fixed-term exclusion, reinstatement follows Blubet’s re-entry process and eligibility checks.

- Deposit limits: set a monthly or weekly cap on deposits; limits may be reduced at any time and may require a short processing period before taking effect.
- Loss limits: cap total losses within a defined period.
- Time limits: limit time spent on Blubet products per session or per day.
Changes to limits are reflected in the account once processing is complete, and continued use beyond set limits will be blocked for compliance.

Blubet may suspend or terminate a player’s account for suspected or confirmed violations of this policy, including breaches of self-exclusion, underage participation, or attempts to evade restrictions. Any such action will comply with applicable law and will be communicated in a timely and proportionate manner. Blubet will maintain records and exercise data protection in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
